Seasons

la primavera (spring) el verano (summer) el otoño (fall/autumn) el invierno (winter)

En primavera hace buen tiempo. (In spring the weather is nice.)

Basic Weather

¿Qué tiempo hace? (What's the weather like?)

Hace sol. (It's sunny.) Hace calor. (It's hot.) Hace frío. (It's cold.) Hace viento. (It's windy.) Hace buen/mal tiempo. (The weather is good/bad.)

Weather Conditions

Llueve. / Está lloviendo. (It's raining.) Nieva. / Está nevando. (It's snowing.) Está nublado. (It's cloudy.) Está despejado. (It's clear.)

Weather Nouns

la lluvia (rain) la nieve (snow) el viento (wind) la tormenta (storm) el relámpago (lightning) el trueno (thunder) la niebla (fog) el granizo (hail) el huracán (hurricane)

Temperature

la temperatura (temperature) los grados (degrees)

Hace 25 grados. (It's 25 degrees.) Estamos bajo cero. (We're below zero.) Hace mucho calor/frío. (It's very hot/cold.)

Weather Forecast

el pronóstico del tiempo (weather forecast) Va a llover mañana. (It's going to rain tomorrow.) Habrá sol este fin de semana. (There will be sun this weekend.)
